The sun beat down on the backhoe as our technicians worked to install an outdoor unit for a customer in a rural area. The temperature was well over 100 degrees, and the metal on which they were standing was hot enough but they didn't complain. They were just happy to be able to help a customer who had been without internet for months.
The customer lived in an empty field, miles from the nearest town. No other internet service provider would come out to this area, but we were happy to help. Our technicians knew that this customer needed reliable internet, especially for their children who were doing school online.
The technicians worked hard for hours, even though they were exhausted and sweating. They were determined to get the job done, no matter how hot it was. Finally, they finished the installation and the customer was able to get online for the first time in months.
