One of our new customer Tammy from Pleasanton, Texas. She found us out on internet as she was looking for new provider, but no satellite internet as she had bad experience with it. She had services with Century Link, which wasn’t allowing her to stream Netflix or Hulu or Amazon. She had subscriptions with them but was not able to use them due to speeds being to less for streaming. Only mean for her to spend her day is TV as she is an elderly person who stays at home most of the time and not tech savvy either. Our associate talked to her, understood her requirements, explained her how our services work and the process for ordering & getting started. We mailed her the equipment, once she received the equipment.
All she had to do was plug in to power source and connect her phone and tv to Wi-Fi while we were on call with her helping her in the process. Once done she checked Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. They all worked fine without buffering. We called her back after a week to check on her and she said that everything is working beyond her expectations, she has never been this happy with internet in all these years since she had internet with Century Link or other satellite internet she had in past. It was no surprise to us, but as an internet service provider all you want is a happy and satisfied customers right!
